• Transfers into Valguero: Disabled for items/dinos (survivor may enter only)
• Transfers out of Valguero: Allowed
• Intent: Claim, build, and hold using only what was acquired on Valguero.

Phase 3 — Cluster Integration

• When: Mon, Nov 17
• Mode: PvP continues
• ORP: ON (standard cluster)
• Transfers into Valguero: Enabled (items & dinos)
• Transfers out of Valguero: Allowed

PvE Month Land-Claim Guideline

• Do: Secure the approaches to your base/cave, keep a reasonable perimeter, and mark the spot you plan to claim.
• Don’t: Foundation/pillar spam around someone else’s base/cave or block ground purely to deny others.

Goal: keep claims fair so the flip is decided by defense and execution—not blanket spam.
