Submit your Create Account Request

Go to the main WoW page at /wow/ and fill out the Create Account Request form on the left.

  • Choose a username and password you don't reuse on other sites.
  • Submit the form and review the "Account Request Submitted" summary.

The login name and password you enter are sent to an admin for processing. For faster activation, send Warillions a DM in Discord.

Set your realmlist to War Servers

There are two ways to point your client at the War Servers realm.

  • Option 1 (recommended): Replace the file
    • Open your WoW TBC folder.
    • Delete the existing realmlist.wtf.
    • Download a fresh copy from the site and drop it into the same folder:
      Download realmlist.wtf

  • Option 2 (advanced): Edit your existing file
    • In your WoW TBC folder, locate realmlist.wtf.
    • If you don't see the .wtf extension, turn on file extensions:
      • Open any folder and go to View → Options (or Folder Options).
      • On the View tab, uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" and apply.
    • Temporarily rename realmlist.wtf to realmlist.txt.
    • Open it with Notepad, delete everything, and make it exactly:

set realmlist warservers.ddns.net

  • Save the file and rename it back to realmlist.wtf.

Launch the game and log in

With your account active and realmlist set, you're ready to connect.

  • Run Wow.exe from your TBC 2.4.3 folder.
  • On the login screen, use the username and password you requested on the website.
  • If you see a connection error, confirm you're using a TBC 2.4.3 client and that your realmlist.wtf contains only:
    set realmlist warservers.ddns.net
  • If you still need help, join War's Discord from the main page and ask in chat or ping Warillions.

Optional: Fix resolution / windowed fullscreen

If your game is stuck in a strange resolution or won't stay in windowed fullscreen, you can use a pre-made config file.

  • Close WoW if it's currently running.
  • In your WoW TBC install folder, open the WTF folder.
  • Delete the existing config.wtf.
  • Download the replacement file from the site and drop it into the same WTF folder:
    Download config.wtf
  • Launch WoW again. You can still adjust video settings in-game afterward.

This config is tuned for 1920×1080 windowed / windowed fullscreen. If you use a different resolution, you can still change it in-game later.
